Vol. 4 - Brighter Days Ahead

This past Monday Jan. 17’th was “Blue Monday”- supposedly the most depressing day of the year. We’re not entirely convinced that it’s actually a real thing (there really isn’t any actual data to back up the claims), but Seasonal Affective Disorder certainly is…..and regardless, January can be a bit of a slog for even the most happy-go-lucky of us!

We think that one of the very best ways to combat the blues is a really good playlist. That’s why we spent a little time compiling a list of our favourite, “feel good” tunes to share with you.

We DARE you to try and be in a bad mood while listening to these tunes!

Stay safe and be well, friends!
