We’re thrilled to announce we’re hiring for a Retail and Fulfillment Specialist at our Bracebridge location. If you love creating exceptional customer experiences, enjoy a dynamic work environment, and are ready to take on a role that blends retail and order fulfillment, this is the job for you!

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• A friendly, positive attitude and a love for helping people.

• The ability to quickly learn and navigate technology, including POS systems, iPads, and computers.

• Flexibility with hours (21–28 hours/week). Weekends are required, but we’re happy to accommodate time-off requests.

• Experience in retail is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right candidate!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing exceptional customer service with a smile.

• Managing responsibilities and communicating effectively with the team.

• Assisting with inventory organization and restocking.

• Packaging and organizing online orders.

• Answering phones and helping with customer inquiries.

• Keeping the store clean and organized
