When you’re happy, we’re happy. Pure Muskoka stands behind the quality of the products we sell and we truly hope you enjoy your purchase. If your product doesn't fit correctly or if you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return or exchange your product(s).
If you made an online order, you can do so by clicking the button below to access our exchange and return portal.
If you made a purchase in store, your return or exchange will need to be made at one of our retail locations.
To be eligible for a return your item/order must meet the following criteria:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- It must be accompanied by the original packaging
- You have 60 days to return the product
- Order number
- Refund or exchange
- Items being returned
- New size requested (if applicable)

Fitting Issue: In the event the item does not fit you are welcome to send it back and try another size. Pure Muskoka will cover the shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Damaged Item: Our quality control is top notch but on the rare occasion you receive a damaged or defective product we will gladly replace it. Please contact us at email@example.com and include a picture of the damage.
Refunds (if applicable)
Please click here to issue a refund. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back at their own expense. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and your method of payment will be refunded, or you can receive the store credit towards your next order.
*Gift Cards and decals are non-refundable items.

T-Shirt Club (if applicable)
T-Shirt subscription shirts are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for other merchandise. If you did subscribe with the wrong size we'd be happy to exchange for another size (limited quantities available, please let us know immediately). Please note we will only make one size replacement per customer.
All prepaid (3 month, 6 month and 12 month subscriptions) are non-refundable.
If you would like to manage your own monthly sizes, you can access your customer portal by clicking the link in any of the monthly confirmation emails you receive. In the portal you can manage your future shirt sizes. If you can't access your portal, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can assist you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you are not sure if you have received a refund please check your credit card, PayPal account or whichever payment method was used. If you have done this and have not received your refund yet, please email us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are eligible for exchanges but not refunds.
