Heavyweight fleece, brushed cotton inside. The 400/11 split printed on the chest, screen-printed in our Bala shop. Cut roomy enough to layer over a flannel. Built for the drives when the cottage isn't open yet, or when it is but the dock is already freezing. Same recognition as the tee. Same conversations at the gas station, the airport, the chairlift. Just warmer.

Fit notes

Cut for a relaxed unisex fit. Generous through the chest and sleeves. Sits at the hip. Heavyweight construction holds its shape over time.

Most people wear their usual size. If you prefer a closer fit and you're between sizes, size down. If you want it boxier or plan to layer, size up.

Heavyweight cotton blend

Crafted from a premium heavyweight cotton blend, this Hoodie is ultra-soft on the inside while maintaining a structured, durable feel on the outside. The ring-spun fleece ensures long-lasting comfort, while the double-stitched seams add extra durability.

Heavier than most mass-market hoodies; if you've worn one of these before, you'll know the weight before you read this.

Care

To keep your hoodie looking and feeling great, machine wash cold and tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and high heat to preserve the fabric’s softness and shape. Over time, this hoodie will break in perfectly, giving you that well-loved, lived-in feel.

We source our hoodies, crewnecks and 1/4 zips globally, choosing only what meets our standards for quality, comfort, and consistency. This particular garment was sourced in China (read more on why)

Orders ship from our Bracebridge store in 1-2 business days. Canada delivery takes another 2-5 business days. Tracking lands in your inbox when the label prints.

Returns within 30 days of delivery, on unworn items with original tags. Free for Ontario customers. Outside Ontario, you cover return shipping; we refund to your original payment method as soon as the return arrives. Made-to-order items (Community Collection, custom designs) are final sale, because each one's made specifically for you. Sale and final-inventory items are also final sale.

Behind the design

The 400 splits just north of Barrie. We made a tee about that moment in 2020. It turned out to be the design that started Pure Muskoka. And the one Ontarians keep recognizing on each other in places nowhere near Ontario.
