Retired Shirt Sale FAQs
When is the sale?
The sale starts at 10AM on Saturday, February 25th and all shirts are available on a first come, first served basis. If you would like a better chance to get a shirt you are coveting you can sign up for early bird access (a 24HR head start) on this page.
Can I reserve or request shirts be set aside?
No. This is an online sale ONLY and all shirts are on a first come first served basis. Once they're gone, they're gone.
I thought these shirts were exclusive, and only available to shirt club members. Aren’t they supposed to be “retired”?
While is true that these shirts were never for sale as part of our regular offerings, and are indeed “retired". We make a small batch of extras every month to account for mistakes or needed exchanges for our members. These surplus shirts are the extras that weren’t needed or used.
What if I don’t see my size in the shirt design that I want?
Unfortunately, this means that they have either already sold out, or we just didn’t have any extras of that particular shirt. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.
Can I get a refund or exchange my shirt for another size if it doesn’t fit quite right?
Unfortunately not. All sales are final because we only have limited stock and will not be printing these shirts again. We recommend you refer to the size guides on our website, and compare them against your favourite t-shirt.
Is there any way that I can see the shirts in person before I buy them?
This is an online sale only, but we do have a sample of each shirt design at our Bracebridge location. You are welcome to come and see the sample shirts and even try on one of our other shirts so you can get an idea of fit and feel, but you’d better act fast! Your favourite shirt might not wait for you!
How does sizing work?
For most shirts, we have unisex and ladies cut sizes. Unisex is the same as standards Men's sizing in North America. Our shirts are slightly more fitted than baggy. Unfortunately we will not have all sizes in all styles available as this is a limited edition sale of extras we printed for the club members. You can click the size guide button below to view the size charts.
Our carrier is Canada Post. After you place your order you will have the ability to choose your own shipping preferences at checkout, or if your order is over $100 we will take care of it. “Free shipping” includes tracking and insurance, and typically take 3-5 business days within Canada. International shipping may take longer. Be sure to check your junk mail if you don’t see a shipping notification from us within 48 hours of placing your order.
Can I pick up my purchase instead of having it shipped?
Sure! If you are local and don’t want to pay for shipping, just choose “pick up” at checkout and we will email you when it’s ready to go. We need time to prepare the orders (especially during a peak sale like this), so please do not come to the store to pick up your order before you receive your "Pick Up Is Ready" email.
